Christian Nationalism

Probably the most common modern-day heresy is Christian Nationalism or conforming our faith to match our politics instead of the other way around. We need to distinguish patriotism (love for your country, acknowledging its flaws) from nationalism (believing our country and culture are superior and should be placed above everything, including God). It's a timely message and reminder that it's not just what we believe but the way we live out that belief that counts.
