Place Workshop

You have a special PLACE in God’s plan! Ephesians 2:10 tells us, “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.” Attending our PLACE Workshop, Trinity’s Next Steps class, helps you dive into a deeper understanding of how God made you.

PLACE stands for the five areas of self discovery tackled in this revealing workshop: Personality Discovery, Learning Spiritual Gifts, Abilities Awareness, Connecting Passion with Ministry, and Experiences of Life.
Rooted in the Bible, PLACE takes an in-depth look at personality as well as what a spiritual gift description is and is not. It helps identify the environments you function best and feel most fulfilled in both in life and ministry and explores where your passions lie, how you demonstrate them, and also what disconnects you from them. Finally, PLACE looks at your unique life experiences and how these experiences impact your life and shapes who you are today. Putting it all together, you leave PLACE with a better understanding of who you are, how God made you, how your passions and experiences help determine what you find most fulfilling, and then we help you find ways to show your love to God and the community by putting all of that knowledge to use!

We're offering a summer workshop for the first time ever! Kickstart your summer by learning more about yourself, how God made you, and how and where you can best serve! The five-week workshop will meet  Sundays, 1-2:30 PM on June 4, 11, 25 and July 9 and 16. To sign up, complete the form below.

In addition to weekly Sunday School classes, our small groups offer you a place to connect with others while growing your faith. Trinity has many long-term small groups as well as short-term groups that last just a few weeks. Groups may be oriented around a shared interest (such as crafting or meditation) or a book or video study. No matter the reason for the meeting, it's the connection and fellowship found in small groups that helps us form lasting bonds. Get in touch, we'll help you find your people.
