Trinity requires ALL students--new and returning--to register for Kids & Youth Ministries programming. Gathering this information helps ensure each student's safety and makes it simple for us to communicate with parents when there are changes in programs. The below form allows you to register multiple children on the same form. Simply select the "Register Another Child" button and you'll be given the opportunity to sign up siblings. Question?
