Sunday Service - Celebration

Deep down in all of us are the seeds to commit the most terrible of atrocities. Even the "best" of us are not exempt from this. It's part of the human condition. It wasn't any different for King David when he saw Bathsheba. We try to justify our actions or those of people we place in power or admire, but the Bible tells us otherwise. Scripture does not mince words about what is sinful. We are challenged to look at how the small seeds like self-pity, resentment, pride, self-centeredness, and more can become destructive in our lives.
