"I am...the Way, Truth, & Life"

Jesus states it: "I am the way, the truth, and the life." But it's not what the Palm Sunday crowds were expecting because Jesus was not what they were expecting. A humble poor man riding on a donkey? It doesn't look like the Messiah they were waiting for...like a king come to disrupt systems and reclaim Israel from Roman rule. It looks like everything falling apart. But Jesus shows us this is not a detour from the way, that IS the way.
