The parable of the pearl bought at great price is one of those outlandish parables of Jesus which, when you really consider it, doesn’t make a ton of practical sense. But it brings up questions about the things we value and what we’re willing to sacrifice for things we say we value. We’ll look at what this parable teaches us about our values and God’s kingdom.
